The TRUE XC9 RED JR is a junior hockey glove designed for young players who need a balance of protection, mobility, and a secure grip. In the red 12-inch version, this model features a tapered fit that hugs the hand more closely and promotes a natural feel for the stick, especially during regular practice.

  • Fit: Tapered with anatomical adjustment
  • Palm: AX suede with sewn-in TRUE BLUE AX suede overlay
  • Protection: Pro Grade 24 mm EPP foam with PE inserts
  • Construction: 15-piece backhand and three-piece finger construction
  • Thumb: TRUEFLEXX+ locking thumb
  • Cuff: Ergonomically flexible for greater wrist mobility
  • Outer material: Nylon with textured PU
  • Size: 12 inches

On the ice, this glove’s strengths really shine when players are shooting, passing, and working closely with their stick. The flexible construction keeps the hand free while still providing protective coverage on the back of the hand. At the same time, the soft AX suede palm provides a direct feel when gripping and handling the stick. This is particularly beneficial for junior players in everyday club play, where equipment should not only protect but also support the development of proper technique.

The 12-inch size is suitable for juniors; a snug fit without excessive slack usually works best for everyday hockey play.
