Returns & Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives at our central warehouse in its original condition. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically took possession of the last item. If you withdraw from the contract after the withdrawal period has expired, the return must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods. The buyer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. Only the actual value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer; any special surcharges will not be refunded. In addition, a flat fee of CHF 7.00 will be deducted from the purchase price for returns to cover the shipping costs incurred during delivery.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are generally excluded from returns and exchanges. This applies in particular to products with custom printing, lettering, embroidery, or other forms of personalization, as well as to specially produced club collections and similar custom-made items.

Items that are returned even though they do not meet the clearly defined requirements for a return or exchange will not be refunded. In this case, a fee of CHF 7.– will be charged to the customer to cover the additional shipping costs. The item will not be reshipped until the CHF 7.– fee has been paid.

“Original condition” means: The packaging and the product are in perfect condition (new or like-new) and unused. All other types of returns are generally excluded from exchange and will neither be accepted nor refunded.

Similarly, manufacturers occasionally change packaging, often without prior notice. Therefore, the product image in our store may not always exactly match the actual packaging design of the item delivered. We strive to keep our images up to date to provide you with as accurate a representation of the products as possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email):

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Returns should also be sent to the address listed above.
