TRUE CATALYST 3X JR is a lightweight hockey stick for young players, designed for regular practice and a direct feel for the puck. In the JR version with a right-handed blade orientation, a flex rating of 50, and a length of 54 inches, this model combines a noticeably lighter feel with precise control during passes, receptions, and shots.

  • Technology: PLD, PASS, and BAT technologies for weight reduction and increased overall strength
  • Construction: Mesh reinforcement in the frame for greater stability and durability
  • Kick Point: Mid kick point with flex in the mid-zone for powerful shooting motions
  • Taper Zone: Designed to be stiff for greater control in shooting and passing
  • Shaft shape: Double concave with square corners
  • Grip: Soft, glossy grip
  • Variant: JR, right-handed, hardness 50, 54 inches, flex TC2.5
  • Color: Black with a matte blade

Junior players, in particular, need a stick that doesn’t feel unnecessarily heavy in the hand and supports technical movements rather than hindering them. The Catalyst construction addresses exactly that: less weight in the blade area, a stable overall structure, and a shaft profile that stays secure in the hand during fast movements. The mid-kick point is well-suited for players seeking a balanced mix of shot support and control.

When selecting a stick, the blade orientation, length, and stiffness are crucial to ensure the stick matches the player’s height and skill level.
