Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We ship FREE OF CHARGE from 150.- CHF! (except bulky items)
The shipping fee is 8.95 CHF up to an order value of 150.- CHF. From 150.- CHF we ship free of shipping costs.the shipments are considered delivered when the shipping service provider has handed over the shipments to the recipient or delivered them to another designated location (e.g. letter or storage box or lockable parcel box or post office box (the latter only for letters). Interhockey AG accepts no liability for consignments that are lost after proof of delivery by the shipping service provider.

Signature / against signature:
For a surcharge of CHF 3, we will send you the parcel against signature. The parcel will be handed over against signature or delivery authorization.

Priority:
For a surcharge of CHF 10.95, this shipping method shortens the specified delivery time by 1-2 days! On request, the "Priority & Signature / against signature" shipping method can also be selected with the signature option described above.

Bulky goods:
The shipping costs for bulky goods are CHF 23.95. As soon as an oversized item is in your shopping cart, the regular shipping prices no longer apply. In this case, your order will be sent as a bulky goods shipment, which results in the stated costs of 23.95 CHF. We want to ensure that even larger products reach you safely and reliably.

Order information:
Partial deliveries will not be made; in the event of different delivery dates, the delivery date that is furthest in the future will apply.

Delivery time:
Please refer to the product description for the respective delivery time. Please also note any additional information regarding customer-specific adaptations, such as the printing of names and numbers. In such cases, the stated delivery time may be longer. It is important to note that for orders paid in advance, the stated delivery time starts from the time of receipt of payment. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order (Monday to Friday). There may be delays in the delivery time at weekends and on public holidays.

No additional costs!
You pay what you see! You only pay the price you see in the checkout. You will NOT be charged any additional hidden costs such as customs clearance, customs duties or other costs by us or third parties.

We only deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
