SILOPAD INSTEP PADDING provides relief in situations where pressure and friction on sensitive areas quickly become uncomfortable during everyday hockey play. The padding is designed for the instep area and is particularly suitable when equipment, shoes, or the physical demands of training repeatedly put pressure on the same area.

• Product Type: Insoles for the instep area
• Protection: against pressure and friction
• Function: Absorbs impact and shear forces
• Fabric properties: helps keep scar tissue soft and supple
• Applications: Training, games, and equipment adjustments

Especially during regular sessions indoors or on the field, constant strain on the instep can noticeably dampen the enjoyment of the game. This is where the INSTEP PAD comes in, with its cushioning and friction-reducing effects. This makes a meaningful difference in everyday life, especially for club players and parents seeking reliable relief from recurring pressure points. The fact that it also absorbs shear forces is important in sports, because movement and equipment rarely rest completely still.

If scar tissue is involved, the soft, conforming support can be particularly helpful. When selecting a pad, it’s worth taking a quick look to see if the shape and placement match the affected area on the instep.
