WARRIOR G7 YT is a pair of goalkeeper leg guards designed for young goalies in the learning and development stages. Especially when movement patterns, positioning, and the butterfly technique are still being refined, the flexible thigh pad helps maintain a bit more freedom of movement.

  • Product Type: Youth Goalie Leg Pads
  • System: Knee Drive System with a wide, soft knee pad
  • Construction: flexible thigh pad and laced knee pads
  • Protection area: full leg coverage for goaltending
  • Closure: three wide Velcro straps plus an Active Response Strap for the shoe and toe areas
  • Feel: Designed to be lightweight and flexible
  • Size: YT
  • Color: white

During practice and games, what matters most for young goalies is equipment that provides a sense of security without unnecessarily restricting movement. The wide knee pad creates a stable base and supports control while in the goalie position. At the same time, the pad remains flexible enough to allow for the proper learning and repetition of techniques. The combination of full leg coverage, laced knee pads, and the strap system ensures a secure fit, which is particularly important for youth players.

The size and design should be appropriate for the goalkeeper’s height and current stage of development.
