The TRUE HZRDUS 3X5 JR is a youth hockey stick designed for young players looking for a direct shot and precise puck control without breaking the bank. The low-kick profile gets the puck off the blade quickly and is well-suited for game situations where there’s little time to take a shot.

  • Technology: optimized low-kick profile for a quick shot release
  • Feel: responsive handling with precise puck control
  • IntendedUse: Training and games for ambitious juniors
  • Weight: approx. 440 g
  • Curvature: T28 or T92
  • Hardness: 20, 30, 40, or 50
  • Blade orientation: left or right
  • Color: black

Especially at the junior level, a stick makes a big difference as technique, timing, and reaction time continue to improve. The HZRDUS 3X5 JR feels light in the hand and facilitates a quick transition from receiving the puck to shooting. This helps in the slot, on shots taken on the move, and when you need to control the puck cleanly under pressure. Added to this is the HZRDUS series’ signature focus on speed and accuracy, which is particularly appealing to club players who train regularly on the ice.

When selecting a stick, it’s worth taking a close look at the stiffness, bend, and blade orientation to ensure the stick matches the player’s age, playing style, and current strength level.
