The TRUE XC9 ACF JR is a junior hockey stick designed for young players who are looking for a direct feel for the puck and the blade during practice and games. Available in a right-handed blade orientation, with a 50 hardness rating and a black finish, this model is designed for young players for whom accurate passes, controlled stickhandling, and a reliable shot are becoming increasingly important.

  • Technology: XCORE Gen 2 with a repositioned insert and enlarged sweet spot
  • Functionality: supports puck control, puck spin, and more precise shooting
  • Construction: Axenic One-Piece process for a consistent feel
  • Reinforcement: BRT+ with a more robust blade design
  • Fiber Construction: SmartPly and SmartFlex for optimizing weight, stiffness, and impact resistance
  • Curvature: TC2.5 or TC4
  • Hardness: 50
  • Size: JR, right-handed

Especially at the junior level, a larger sweet spot makes a noticeable difference because not every shot is hit exactly in the center. This helps with receiving hard passes as well as with quick shots on the move. Added to this is a blade design engineered for durability without sacrificing the subtle feel in the lower part of the stick. The one-piece construction ensures that feedback and control come together seamlessly.

When choosing the curve, it’s worth considering your own preferences for passing, shooting, and puck control.
