TRUE CATALYST 9 INT is an ice hockey skate designed for ambitious intermediate-level players who are looking for a perfect balance of fit, agility, and direct power transfer on the ice. The combination of a thermoformable shell and a responsive design is particularly noticeable during regular training and intense games.

  • Technology: NEUROFIT+ thermoformable shell technology
  • Construction: one-piece carbon fiber boot
  • Shell stiffness: moderately tuned
  • Flex range: dynamic flex tendon protection
  • Feel: greater range of motion
  • IntendedUse: Elite-level ice hockey
  • Fit: Shoe width S
  • Sizes: Skate sizes 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5

The one-piece carbon fiber construction provides an immediate skating feel, while the moderate stiffness doesn’t feel unnecessarily stiff. This is particularly beneficial for players who need stability during acceleration, tight turns, and quick changes of direction without sacrificing mobility. Added to this is the dynamic flex in the Achilles tendon area, which allows for a more fluid stride and makes the skate feel more agile overall. The thermoformable NEUROFIT+ shell helps tailor the fit more closely to the foot, which can make a noticeable difference during daily training and extended time on the ice.

The narrow S width is particularly well-suited for slimmer feet.
