For young players in particular, it’s important that a pad not only provides protection but also remains comfortable during long shifts on the ice. The removable inner padding and the free-floating knee area help reduce pressure points and maintain full range of motion. At the same time, the molded protective elements, together with the IMPAX foam, provide solid coverage in areas that are particularly prone to impact in hockey. The redesigned strap system securely fastens the pad, while the flat-lying straps remain easy to use when putting on the pad and don’t snag on the socks.

For optimal performance, the JR size should match the player’s height and the rest of their protective gear.
