The combination of molded protection in the sternum area and multi-layered foam padding keeps the weight pleasantly low while maintaining flexibility in the areas where young players need to execute rotations, stickwork, and tight one-on-one battles cleanly on the ice. The inner jacket supports the close-fitting design and, thanks to its breathable construction, ensures that the protective gear feels less heavy and stuffy even during intense practice sessions. The quick-drying inner material also contributes to this, helping to keep the player dry and comfortable.

When it comes to junior gear, it’s worth taking a close look at the right size to ensure that protective areas fit properly and freedom of movement is maintained.
