Especially for young players, a lighter puck makes sense when movements are still being refined and the coordination between the stick blade, wrists, and timing needs to be developed properly. In technical drills, during initial passing exercises, or when repeatedly receiving the puck, handling is often easier than with a standard game puck. This version is therefore particularly suitable for juniors, but also for coaches who want to develop age-appropriate training methods.

For use in regular games, the appropriate puck model should be selected based on the player’s age and skill level.
