Especially during long games, with a lot of running and close contact with the action, it’s important to have protection that can be worn discreetly and doesn’t unnecessarily restrict movement.

In a referee’s day-to-day work, equipment must fit reliably without getting in the way during changes of direction, sprints, or extended periods of running. This is exactly where the STEVENS REF comes into its own: as functional shin protection for referees seeking a simple, sport-oriented solution. The 14-inch size is particularly appealing when a clearly defined length is required and the protection needs to integrate seamlessly into the referee’s personal gear. This model is also a good fit for clubs or officials putting together a straightforward basic kit.

To make the right choice, it’s worth taking a quick look at the desired length and how it fits on the lower leg.
