The MCDAVID KNEE BRACE WITH PATELLA OPENING, BLACK, provides support to the knee where it is under the most strain during hockey—during quick changes of direction, stops, and repeated stress. The black version is designed for regular training and everyday game play, when a snug-fitting brace with an open patella is desired.

  • Product Type: Knee brace with patella opening
  • Function: Cutout in the kneecap area for targeted relief and guidance
  • Applications: Hockey training, games, and general athletic activity
  • Fit: Close-fitting for a stable, secure feel during movement
  • Color: black
  • Sizes: S, M, L, XL
  • Age group: SR

Club players and ambitious training groups, in particular, look for a knee brace that doesn’t get in the way unnecessarily when running, braking, or making deep movements. The patella opening is one of the key features here, as it keeps the area around the kneecap more open than standard closed models. This often results in a more natural feel during everyday hockey play, without sacrificing the typical compressive support of a knee brace.

For a snug fit, it’s worth choosing a size that matches your knee circumference and the level of support you desire.
